Learning Spanish and Japanese

I was recommending African-Americans to learn Spanish, and Japanese. Go to YouTube, and watch videos that teach you how to learn, and speak Spanish, and Japanese. You may need to Google searched certain textbooks that teaches you Spanish, or Japanese, get index cards and take notes by putting the words on index cards in Spanish/Japanese in front, and English in the back. You may also need a notebook to take notes on learning the language.

African-American Women’s Diet Suggestion

I was recommending African-American women to go on a diet by eating fruits, vegetables, milk, low-fat yogurt, cheese, nuts, seeds, beans, wheat bread, whole wheat pasta, brown rice, oats, fish, poultry, eggs, etc.

Tip 1: Go to grocery stores like Jewel-Osco, Aldi, etc. to purchase any of the following healthy foods above. Also, be sure to eat 3 meals a day; breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Eat a few light snacks, and sometimes small meals a day. Google searched a list of healthy food snacks to eat sometimes or daily and add it to your list to purchase and eat.

Tip 2: Do not eat any sweets, meats, restaurant foods, foods fill with a lot of calories that caused you to gain weight.
