Condoms/Magnums Usage Recommendation
I was suggesting that African-Americans should used condoms/magnums on their sex partners and only have kids with one man or woman. This will help prevent some of them from becoming baby parents like baby mothers, and baby fathers. Also, do not impregnate multiple women.
